Breakfast for dinner!

🥓 🍳 🧀 Eating “well” doesn’t have to mean “restrictive” - even for those interested in body composition. This bagel sandwich contained a healthy balance of protein, fat, and carbohydrate - very satiating and delicious. Overall, yes, “calories in” vs “calories out” is the starting point for those with body composition goals, but when choosing foods to consume, we can mindfully influence the macronutrient content of a meal to better achieve our goals, whatever those may be. Also, focusing on consuming nutrient dense foods should be the foundation of any dietary regimen.
